Enzyme Kinetics using Stopped Flow Spectroscopy

If you are interested in chemical reactions especially those catalysed by enzymes, you may also be interested in the new Application Note released by Applied Photophysics using their Stopped Flow Spectrometer to determine the pre steady state kinetics of a well-studied enzymatic reaction. The hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl acetate catalysed by the enzyme α-chymotrypsin.

Find the application note for Enzyme Kinetics using Stopped Flow Spectroscopy here.

In conjunction with the release of the Application Note, Applied Photophysics also offer a webinar on the topic on 4th December 2014. Please contact us at info@scientex.com.au to register.
